Dorsett House Wedding Weekend Package

The Package is for a maximum of 120 guests (taxes and gratuities included)

Our Rental Rate includes:

  • Exclusive use of Dorsett House from 3pm Friday to Noon on Sunday
  • Overnight accommodations for up to 12 guests Friday and Saturday night
  • Welcome Basket items to stock the fridge, bar and pantry for overnight guests
  • Use of all 5 of our Event spaces:
  • 2 300 square foot, air-conditioned, converted barn venue with two outdoor areas under market lights with bistro tables and chairs
  • 1 600 square foot Grand Pavilion
  • 800 square foot Rose Room
  • Large Outdoor deck with market lights, fire pit, bistro tables & chairs
  • 3 500 square feet open-air lawn area with charming Historic Church Building as your backdrop
Also included are:
  • 4 Fully Equipped Bars – 2 in the venue, one on the deck and a Saloon-style bar at the 1840’s Farmhouse
  • Bridal Suite with Dressing Room, Make-up and Hair stations
  • 3 Additional Bedrooms and two full bathrooms for the Bridal party to get ready
  • Large, air-conditioned Toilet facilities attached to the venue – fully Handicap Accessible
  • Built-in Soundsystem and Microphones
  • Photo booth area
  • 2 Wrought iron easels for your seating charts or welcome note
  • Large Prep-Kitchen and workspace for your vendors with commercial fridge, freezer, ice machine and dishwasher

  • A scheduled meeting with all vendors prior to the event
The following can be added for an additional cost:
  • Rehearsal dinner set up for up to 50 people
  • Saturday Bridal Brunch 
  • Friday or Saturday night S’mores station around the firepit
